Coaching
Deepen Your Awareness

This 10 week group mindfulness based awareness coaching (MBAC) programme can enable you to look deeper into your true Self and assist you in transforming the patterns of your mind.

This group coaching programme is for anybody who would like to expand their spiritual awareness.  Each 1 ½ hour session is dedicated to gaining deeper awareness of your Self.

Life is not quite what it seems and you are not quite what you seem either.  There is more to
you than ‘meets the eye’.

The only way to know yourself is to become more aware and to do this you must look deep within yourself.

Week by week, you will be supported in discovering your true Self.  I will ‘hold up the mirror’ so that you can see yourself, as you truly are, without the filters of your conditioning (past history).

Conditioning is like a computer programme that is governing our actions based on beliefs that we have acquired from our parents, our teachers and society etc.   It is in fact ‘our reality’, as we see it but this ‘reality’ can change when we gain deeper awareness and realise who we truly are.  We can broaden our ‘reality’ and as such live a more fulfilling life.

The truth is that many of the patterns of our minds and habits prevent us from embodying who we truly are and from living our life from that perspective.

Through open (non-judgmental) awareness we will take into account your past, and direct you forward into the present moment – the only moment we ever have, where uncaused joy and happiness is awaiting your awakening.

MBAC has the potential to assist you with the changes and the transformation that you seek by encouraging and enabling you to look inside yourself, for the answers that lie hidden within you, by way of insights.  It is through these insights that you may make a leap in consciousness.
