Joyful Retreat - February
Joyful retreat - 23rd of February 2014. Hours 11:00 - 16:00. Cost £45. Come and join in the fun. A day full of spiritual fun and active and fun meditations.
Lending Library
We now have a lending library up and running and each book is £2 and must be returned within a month. The money we collect will go to Friends of Amma's charity.

Course contents: Ethics and values, leading by example, touching hearts and leading others to purity, gentleness is strength, faith, inner guidance and courage, alertness to the present moment, assertiveness and decisions, virtue, Divine Grace, and reverence, virtuous and vicious cycles, practical ahimsa, beauty and lightness of being and Unconditional Love. £10 of each participants's fee will go to Friends of Amma (Amma's charity).
A Way to Happiness Booklet
This booklet is a modern day spiritual guidance, to be practiced in one's every day life. It is based on ancient teachings and yet has a modern application. Times have changed a lot since the scriptures were written and now we need practices that can be applied in the midst of our busy lives. This booklet proposes realistic and achievable spiritual practices that lead to lasting inner transformation and true happiness.
Certified Meditation Teacher Training Course
60 course hours - tutor led. Five month course - 1 weekend monthly. Cost £750. Monthly instalments available. Starting this summer - dates to be advised.

Monthly Meditation Practice
Come and join our monthly meditation group. Meditating in a group setting is very powerful, as the energy becomes magnified. Spiritual teachings are part of this evening. It is a wonderful support group, for like-minded people, with plenty of laughter. Held on a Wednesday and a Thursday evening each month. Please see calendar page for dates.
Hours 19:30 - 21:30. Minimum £8 donation, per session.

The booklet is a workbook that contains 36 awakening moments that you can work with, to spring you forward to your own awakening.
To live an awake life we must work through all of our patterns, so with this in mind, each picture in the booklet has a clear yet gentle message, for you for you to reflect and meditate upon and subsequently put into practice.
This booklet is designed to encourage you to question, think, see and reflect in a new way, to gain your own direct experience of the Truth.
Using it as part of your daily life, it is a helpful tool for awakening.

The Awakening to Happiness Group collected a total of £314 that we gave to two communites in need, in India, through World Vision. Thank you to all the participants and helpers. We all enjoyed a great day in stillness.
